Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Products are returned under any of the following conditions:-
- When delivered products are defective.
- When the wrong product was received from your ordered products (Includes color, size, Quantity).
- If anyone following condition happens we will completely refund your money with shipping charges. If you want to exchange that product with another new product.
- If you find that your ordered products are damaged or defective, you immediately inform our customer service within 24 working hours of receiving the order.Please note that the product should be unused and tags should not be removed and it should be sent back along with original box and invoice.
- We will refund the money the way the payment was made by you. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
A cancellation of the order is possible before the product is shipped allows you the option to get the whole cash refunded.
If you cancel your order before the products get processed, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded.
For products which have already been shipped, please do not accept the delivery and inform customer care of the proceedings.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund your money, only deduct shipping cost & remaing amount will credit to your credit card or Bank Account (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
